What is Pike County Hands of Hope?
Pike County Hands of Hope is a Christ-centered organization dedicated to providing compassion and hope to the homeless and near-homeless families and individuals by meeting their basic and urgent needs of food, clothing and shelter.
The purpose of Pike County Hands of Hope is to empower homeless and near-homeless families and individuals by:
Meeting their most basic and urgent needs and encouraging positive life changes through community based programs which focus on spiritual growth, education, employment, life management, and recovery.
Amplifying their voices, which is essential to the public policy debate, by raising public awareness through advocacy.
